Does Power of Movement Accept Insurance?

Power of Movement PT is an Insurance-friendly office that will work with:

› Oxford (PoM is an in-network exception provider)

Our goal is to limit out-of-pocket expense incurred by our families and to achieve this, our office handles setting up exemptions and will assist in appeals and denials, if necessary. We have a high success rate in obtaining insurance exemptions for therapy services for our patients - 98% of PoM’s practice is working under an insurance exception!  If approved for any insurance exemptions, payment required will be based on the insurance plan benefit, deductible and coverage at the in-network level.


What is the length of treatment sessions?

Comprehensive Evaluations are 45 to 60 minutes. Individual sessions are 30 to 60 minutes in length. All sessions are one-on-one with a licensed Physical Therapist specialized in Pediatrics.


What is Power of Movement’s Cancellation Policy?

24-hour notice is required, especially during COVID, to allow the clinician to fill that time slot with another child that may want their child’s scheduled time.  Power of Movement PT reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no show fee with less than 24 hours notice.
